Information you give us

When you fill out our inquiry form, we collect what you choose to share: your name, email, phone number, event date, venue, event type, the décor you're interested in, your budget, details about your vision, any inspiration images you upload, and how you heard about us (including a referral code, if you have one).

Our inquiry form, quotes, contracts and invoices are handled through HoneyBook, which stores this information on our behalf. You can read HoneyBook's privacy policy.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number on the inquiry form, you agree that we may text you about your inquiry and event. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours relies on a few services that receive basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) when you load the site:

• Vercel hosts the website and keeps standard server logs.
• HoneyBook loads the inquiry form and uses a small tracking image to measure form visits.
• Google reCAPTCHA protects the inquiry form from spam. Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
• Google Fonts provides the typefaces on the site.
• Elfsight displays our Instagram feed, which loads images and content from Instagram.

These services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy policies. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and plan your event or subscription.
• To send quotes, contracts, invoices and delivery or pickup details.
• To keep the website and our inquiry form working and protected from spam.

How we share it

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, as needed to run our business, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as we need it to serve you and to meet our business, tax and legal obligations, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing info@eternalbloomsco.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
